She is graduated in Journalism at the University of Coimbra and has a master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the Coimbra Education School. She has a large professional experience in the fields of science communication and institutional communication and as a lecturer of subjects such Cyberculture and Multimedia. As an author, she wrote and edited four books and various scientific articles and contributed to several conferences as a speaker. Her research interests are focused on new media, science communication and cyberculture.
